Reseau Faaral Djiueeni Senegal (FDS) is the sponsor of a network of over 1,000 women's organizations, economic interest groups, community based organizations and business associations in Senegal. Faaral Djiuneeni means in Wolof "all for women empowerment." The national coordinator for FDS is Mme Lalla Fall, who retired from USAID/Senegal in 2006 and is dedicated to improving the lives of rural women through entrepreneurship development.

The implementation of integrative dynamic training programs and introduction of women's entrepreneurship based on an approach that takes into account the capacity of understanding, ownership and participation of rural women so they have material and moral support in even the most difficult of circumstances.
The restructuring and rehabilitation of community spaces to improve synergy, collaboration and communication among the various rural women's organizations for capacity building and support for employment-generating and sustainable income activities with structures and capacity for processes to encourage support and enhance local potential.
The mobilization of women in all sectors of the economy engaged in development activities in Senegal including business associations, economic interest groups (GIE) and community based organizations and business associations.
